Woodland Fitouts – “Win Back Your Design Package” Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This offer is open to individuals and businesses engaging Woodland Fitouts for both interior design and construction services for a commercial interior space.

2. Offer Details

Clients who:

· Engage Woodland Fitouts for a design package (design fee quoted and accepted before commencement), and
· Proceed with construction services with Woodland Fitouts as the fitout contractor for their commercial space,

will receive a credit of their design fee, up to a maximum of $10,000 (including GST), applied to their fitout invoice.

3. Conditions of Offer

· The offer applies only if the total fitout contract value exceeds $100,000 (including GST).
· The project must be located within Southeast Queensland. If your project is located outside this area, please contact Woodland Fitouts to confirm eligibility.
· This offer is valid for projects commenced and contracted before June 30, 2026.
· Design fees are payable upfront as quoted. The eligible credit (up to $10,000) will be applied only after the construction contract is executed and works commence.
· The offer is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.

4. Limitations

· Maximum credit value: $10,000 including GST.
· Only one offer redemption is permitted per client/project.
· Woodland Fitouts reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these terms before applying any credit.

5. General

· Woodland Fitouts reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
· Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
· All decisions by Woodland Fitouts in relation to this offer are final and binding.
